The popular Voice Coach, Sola Allyson voiced out via Instagram on the current situation in Nigeria.
She feels the word Leader has been totally misconstrued in our society! Because, the Leaders we know control, manipulate and have not been ACCOUNTABLE!
Sola Allyson went further and said
"My own definition of a "LEADER" is:
"A REPRESENTATIVE of the people who has the interest of his people at heart in an unshakeable way, and would do everything to work towards making their NEEDS a reality, PUTTING THE PEOPLE FIRST!"
That's my own definition of a LEADER in this case and all cases! Politics, family, all settings.
But I see that this generation has lost all trust in the "leader" word! It is not their fault! They see through the gimmicks and manipulations of leaders they've known! 😢
