When one seeks to alter or change my body (cosmetic/beauty surgery) from a place where one perceives a defect in a perfected body, one is basically telling God "you made a mistake" and at thesame time, telling the self "i am a mistake" this sort of thinking switches our attention from being a Host to God to being a Hostage to the body
